Soul-nourishing convos.

Each week, everyday women join the Imperfectly Phenomenal Woman podcast to chat about their limiting beliefs. Listen on Apple Podcasts or Spotify to hear how they shift their mindset and reframe their limiting beliefs so we can all live more fully and authentically.

How it started.

In 2019, founder and host Lauren Williams was living in New York City for the first time. While there, she noticed that the people around her seemed to know who they were, which made her begin to question her own identity and explore what was holding her back from being her authentic self.

The experience of NYC, coupled with trying to live up to the unrealistic expectations she placed upon herself in her relationship to be the perfect girlfriend led to the creation of a platform exploring and reframing limiting beliefs. Now, with over 150 episodes, the podcast has reached women around the globe.

Meet the host, Lauren.

Good day good people! Welcome to the little world I created where I finally felt free to be myself. I had a lot of limiting beliefs that held me back from living fully (not gonna lie, I still have plenty), so I decided to explore them and bring others along on the journey.

If you want the high level generic “who am I”…I’m a Design Director, Creative Producer, and Host. I have Degrees from the University of Virginia and a Master’s degree from Columbia University…blah blah blah. Now let’s get to the stuff that means more to me:

I am made of around 28 trillion cells (isn’t that mind blowing!). I’m not perfect nor will I ever be, but I try my best. I REALLY love God and am so grateful the opportunity to even be able to type this right now. Talking to strangers about the deepest parts of their lives is one of my favorite activities. And I truly hope that you get a nugget or two of wisdom from listening to the everyday women sharing their experiences on each episode.

Listener Review on Apple Podcasts

“This podcast is a refreshing reminder that we all get to actively define our own lives though we may feel pressure to conform.”

Ashley, Incourage Foods

“Lauren is definitely living her calling and I'm here for it all!”

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
